RETURNS/ SHIPPING DAMAGES:
If your item is damaged, you must contact us by EBAY messages. Please allow adequate time for us to file an insurance claim with the shipper.
We will accept a return but you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, original shipping, and return shipping!
Our items are sold AS-IS, and we only allow returns if one of the following has happened: The item was damaged in shipping, you were shipped the wrong item, or the item was described as working and it is not on arrival. Please TEST YOUR ITEM when you get it. We will not honor any claim of DOA or PROBLEMS if not reported to us within 3 business days (weekends are not business days) WE DO RECORD THE SERIAL NUMBER OF ALL ITEMS BEFORE SHIPPING, AND WILL VERIFY UPON RETURN.
